TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Money refund:

  • The company undertakes to reimburse the amount paid by the customer in the event of cancellation of the service or product, provided that the conditions specified in this contract are met.
  • The customer must request the refund within the time limit established by the company (5 DAYS OF ANTICIPATION) and provide the necessary documentation supporting his request.
  • The company reserves the right to retain an administrative fee in case of refund processing.

Loss of Tickets or Goods:

  • In case of loss of tickets or goods during the provision of the service, the company is not responsible.
  • The company will not be liable for losses caused by situations beyond its control, such as natural disasters, etc.
  • The customer must inform the company of the loss within the specified time frame and provide the documentation required for the claim.

Limitations and Exclusions:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage.
  • The liability of the company will be limited to the declared value of the lost passages or property, provided that it is substantiated that it was by the company’s fault.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions at any time, upon prior notice to the customer.

General provisions:

  • This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the company and the customer, and replaces any prior agreement, oral or written.
  • Any dispute relating to this contract will be resolved by good faith negotiation between the parties.
  • This contract shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Peru.
